Astep's Model 262 is an Italian lighting classic designed by Gino Sarfatti in 1971, suitable for hardwired installation on both walls and ceilings. Reflecting the principles of modernist design, Model 262 emerged from Sarfatti's pursuit to create a fixture where the essence of light itself would take center stage in its purest, most authentic form. This vision inspired the lamp's minimalist shape, featuring a round, concave aluminum reflector that frames the centrally positioned bulb, softly reflecting its tones throughout the surrounding space.
The Model 262 lamp comes with a mirrored E27 bulb, but you can endlessly vary its appearance simply by changing the bulb.
