Vibia's Mayfair table lamp is designer and artist Diego Fortunato's contemporary interpretation of classic 19th-century Bouillotte table lamps. Employing modern technology, the luminaire features an energy-efficient LED light source and an optical sensor in the base for effortless touch dimming.
The light emitted by Mayfair is mainly directed downwards, but thanks to the opening in the metal shade, some light also escapes up toward the ceiling. The lamp's color temperature is a pleasant warm white, making it well suited for cozy mood lighting in the bedroom or living room. Mayfair is also easy to envision in various public settings, such as a library or an office – and even in an atmospheric restaurant or bar. The Mayfair lamp collection was awarded the Good Design Award in 2017.
