Cover Story’s paint primer is intended for preparing the surface for painting – it ensures better adhesion of the paint. The white primer can be used under any Cover Story paints on both walls and the ceiling. You can also use the primer as ceiling paint.
Just like Cover Story’s interior paints, the primer is water-based and odorless, and it does not emit volatile organic compounds, also called VOCs, into the indoor air. The paint is plastic-free and breathable, making it suitable also for wooden surfaces.
Tips for purchasing Cover Story primer:
- Cover Story interior paints do not require a primer unless you're painting on an untreated surface for the first time ever.
- One can of paint primer will cover a surface of 30–40 m². Count the amount of primer needed by multiplying the wall or ceiling width with its length.
