Description

Alessi's Convivio lid captivates with its simple yet delightfully sturdy design, designed in the collaboration of architect David Chipperfield and Michelin-starred chef Pietro Leemann. The lid is part of the Convivio series that features a range of cookware, from pots, casseroles and frying pans to other kitchen utensils. With a diameter of 16 centimeters, the Convivio lid is designed to fit onto pots and casseroles from the same collection but its lovely matte finish complements the appearance of other suitably sized pots and pans of other series, as well.

Please note that the Convivio pot lid is made of stainless steel, so the knob may get hot during cooking. We recommend using oven mitts or a pot holder when lifting the lid to avoid accidentally burning your fingers!
