The Alcoa pitcher, designed by Herman Studio for Form & Refine, is part of a ceramic collection based on geometrical lines and the contrast of glossy and matte surfaces. The inside of the objects have been given a glossy glaze, and the light gray outside has been matt-glazed.
The name Alcoa refers to the region of Alcobaça in Portugal, where the items of the collection have been manufactured. The fine, white clay of Alcobaça has created a strong pottery culture into the region. The Alcoa range is a balanced combination of Nordic and Portuguese design traditions, and its refined appearance will easily complement any table setting and décor.
