Ichiro Iwasaki

Ichiro Iwasaki is a renowned designer with a passion for creating functional and beautiful products that, one way or another, enhance people's daily lives. Born in 1965 in Tokyo, Iwasaki first began his career by working at the Sony Design Center before moving to Italy to work in various design studios in Milan. After returning to his native Japan in 1995, he established Iwasaki Design Studio and has since worked with some of the world's leading brands, including Yamaha, Panasonic, and Muji. His innovative designs have won numerous awards, including the iF Design Award, Red Dot Design Award, and Good Design Award.

Iwasaki's work has been exhibited in museums around the world, including the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and the National Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo. In addition to his work as a designer, Iwasaki is also a professor at Tama Art University in Tokyo, where he teaches product design.
