Brent Neve

Brent Neve, born 1989, is a Belgian designer living and working in Kortrijk, Belgium. He has run his design studio called Atelier Ikke since 2012, and also frequently collaborates with fellow Belgian designer Giel Dedeurwaerder under the collective name Utilize.objects.

Brent Neve’s designs are characterized by a strong sense of materiality, as materials are often the starting point for his work as well as the aspect that, in the end, determines the functionality and esthetics of the product. Brent Neve draws inspiration from nature and his travels to distant locations where he enjoys observing local handicraft traditions and use of materials.
