Skultuna’s Lily candlestick (“Liljan” in Swedish) was designed by the Swedish sculptor Ivar Ålenius Björk for the world fair in New York, 1939. The candlestick was manufactured by Ystad-metall and is now being reproduced by Skultuna. Its simple, beautiful form resembles the arched shape of lilies’ petals. The sculptural Lily, made of polished brass, will attract well-deserved attention and function as a marvelous conversation piece.
