Description

O Table was designed by Dennis Marquart, the designer and co-founder of OX Denmarq. The contrasts of different materials and surfaces are essential elements in Marquart’s design. The round top and slender frame won’t lose their strong character even when combined with a bigger sofa set, and the table is a guaranteed eye-catcher also in other spaces of the house.

The white, Italian Carrara marble is characterized by grey veins crossing the white stone, and small details such as cracks are also part of its natural character. The marble top is attached to the frame with screws.

Dennis Marquart

Dennis Marquart, co-founder of the Danish design company OX Denmarq, is known for his attraction to plain forms and combinations of various different materials. Besides studying furniture design at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art, Marquart has also studied in Japan and China. The Asian influence is visible in his work as aesthetics of simplicity and precision, which fit seamlessly together with the traditions of Scandinavian design. In the collections of OX Denmarq, classic and strong materials such as leather, wood and steel take modern and light forms together. A fine example is the O Table, in which marble and steel combine into an airy and fresh design.

Todella tyylikäs. Tuote tuli todella hyvin pakattuna. Huom! taso on painava joten kannattaa olla ainakin kaksi purkamassa/asentamassa. 80 cm pöytä on tilava, tukeva ja sopusuhtainen. Laadukas marmori kaunistaa tilan harmonisesti.
