Børge Mogensen designed this 3-seater sofa originally for his own home in 1962. This Mogensen 2213 sofa has been upholstered in breathable, vegetable-tanned and uncoloured aniline leather that will develop a darker patina over time.

Fredericia’s Select Collection consists of sofas and armchairs characterized by simple but noble shapes and luxurious materials. Besides private residencies, they are seen in embassies, minister’s cabinets and upscale hotels around the world. Mogensen found the inspiration for the collection from Porter’s chairs and sofas designed by Kaare Klint in the 1920s. The whole range is crafted and upholstered by hand at Fredericia’s own factory in Denmark.
