Tips for using lavender essential oil:
- Add a few drops to a diffuser or an aroma stone.
- Spray lavender oil mixture (1 dl water + 20 drops of oil) on bed linens or add a few drops to a corner of your pillowcase to aid sleep.
- Bath or foot soak: Add Epsom salt and a few drops of oil into warm water.
- Scented soap, massage oil or perfume: Blend a few drops of essential oil with neutral soap or carrier oil.
