Description

Alessi's Convivio casserole has a capacity of 5.4 litres so it effortlessly caters to even a larger group of diners. The elegant combination of simplified design and a matt steel surface makes the large pot ideal for cooking but also for serving, so you can take your culinary creations straight from the stove to the table. The magnetic steel base makes the Convivio casserole suitable for induction cooking.

The casserole is part of Alessi's Convivio collection, designed by acclaimed Pritzker Prize-winning architect David Chipperfield and Michelin-starred chef Pietro Leemann. The stylish collection celebrates the kitchen as a space where not only for cooking but also for sharing moments together with the nearest and dearest.

David Chipperfield

David Chipperfield (b. 1953 in London) is an internationally acclaimed architect and designer. He is particularly known for his achievements in architecture, but he has also designed furniture and lamps, among other things, for several companies. His multiple awards include e.g. the Pritzker Prize, the RIBA Gold Metal for lifetime achievement and the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture, Mies van Der Rohe award. In 2010 he was also knighted in recognition of his work in architecture. David Chipperfield Architects has offices in London, Berlin, Milan and Shanghai.
