Description

Vaarnii’s Osa is a sturdy bench suitable for outdoor use that emphasizes the natural character of Finnish pine with its beautiful wood grain patterns. Designed by Danish Henrik Tjærby, the long, rectangular bench is crafted from an innovative heat-treated pinewood, giving the bench a strong, light, and weatherproof structure.

The Osa bench is part of the Finnish Vaarnii's collection of outdoor tables and benches of different sizes. The robust and adaptable furniture range attracts with its simplistic design and is characterized by the central element of a T-shaped silhouette. Henrik Tjaerby

Henrik Tjærby is a Danish designer who graduated from the Royal Academy of Arts in Copenhagen in 2002 as an industrial and furniture designer. Since then, he has worked as a designer for several internationally renowned clients like Tom Dixon. Tjærby has designed furniture for Finnish brands Artek and Vaarnii, among others.
