Marcello Jori

Marcello Jori is an Italian visual artist, photographer, designer and author – quite a versatile artist. He was born in Merano in 1951 and studied in the DAMS, or Drama, Art and Music Studies programme at the University of Bologna. Jori held his first exhibition in 1977 at the Galleria de Foscherari in Bologna, after which he became one of the most famous artists of the 80s and 90s in Italy. Jori lives and works in Bologna, Italy.
