The Kinfolk magazine issue 50 is dedicated to the theme community. The special milestone issue features inspiring stories around the world, focusing on connection and collaboration: we meet Vivien Sansour, guardian of a seed bank near Bethlehem; the Old Gays, a group of elderly gays who have become a social media sensation with their cross-generational wisdom; and Velociposse, a cycling collective of women, trans, and nonbinary individuals. In addition, we step into the serene realm of a historical Quaker meeting house, a place where people still congregate to worship in shared silence.
Founded in Portland in 2011 and currently headquartered in Copenhagen, Kinfolk is an independent lifestyle magazine whose aesthetics and mentality of slow living have gained worldwide success. Issue 50 was published in the winter of 2023, it is perfect bound and has 192 pages.
