You can select your desired temperature ranging from 57°C to 100°C or 135°F to 212°F and watch it in real-time thanks to the built-in LCD screen. The "Hold" button allows you to maintain the desired temperature for 60 minutes, should you wish to go for another cuppa. Otherwise, the device will turn off automatically after 15 minutes. The kettle also has an integrated stopwatch for that perfectly steeped cup of tea.
