Superellipse extendable table
from NZD$10,191.00

Description

Fritz Hansen's extendable Superellipse table adds a touch of Scandinavian elegance to both home dining rooms and restaurants. The dining table is a collaborative creation of three different designers. The unique shape of the tabletop, designed by mathematician and artist Piet Heit, may remind you of Sergel Square in Stockholm – the traffic jams there have been solved by a roundabout of the same shape!  The table's striking leg structure is the work of Bruno Mathsson and Arne Jacobsen.

The table top is made of easy-care and extremely durable Fenix laminate, with a matt surface that feels soft and pleasant to the touch. Best of all, the laminate surface is resistant to dirt and fingerprints, ensuring that the Superellipse table will remain spotless even during the most lively dinner parties. Depending on the model, the table length can be extended up to three metres – so Superellipse offers super much room for unexpected guests!
