Description

Bold, designed by Hella Jongerius for Kvadrat, is a warm wool rug full of character. Since Bold rug is woven of both machine and hand-spun threads, it has an irregular and bulky texture that translates into a tactile surface – the most important feature of rugs, according to Jongerius. The monochrome rug comes with thick and curly fringes with a stripe of contrasting colour at their base. Bold is woven by skilled weavers in India from New Zealand wool.
