Description

&Tradition's Alima NDS1 trolley is a streamlined and multifunctional portable storage unit that serves equally well in office use or as a serving trolley. The Alima trolley features a low-maintenance steel frame with a removable wooden tray and a leather-braided handle adding a warm contrast to the design.

The Sweden-based Note Design Studio originally developed the Alima trolley to tame the chaos in home offices – the designers aimed at creating a portable storage unit for magazines, drawings and small items scattered across the workspace. The V-shaped shelf on the upper level serves as a convenient storage space for a stack of books or magazines, while the horizontal shelf provides space, for instance, for a small lamp and a cup of coffee or tea. Aside from office use, the Alima trolley can be used as a portable side table in the kitchen or as a bar or tea trolley in the living room.
