Description

Petite Friture’s Unseen table lamp is a spectacular combination of strong geometric shapes and a poetic design language. The luminaire, designed by Studiopepe, is an interpretation of traditional neon tube lights, but instead of neon, its beautifully curved polycarbonate tube hides a LED light source, making Unseen look like a delicate light sculpture when switched on. The expressive piece is finished with a brass base that adds a touch of elegance to the minimalist design.

Studiopepe

Studiopepe is a Milan-based design agency founded in 2006, led by Arianna Lelli Mami and Chiara Di Pinto. Both are graduates of the prestigious Politecnico di Milano, where Lelli Mami studied interior design and Di Pinto industrial design. The multidisciplinary design office combines a poetic design language with precise compositions both in its product designs as well as other projects. Their approach to design is characterised by open-mindedness and a keen eye for detail, with opposing materials or shapes and recognisable symbols often featured in the end results.
