Nedre Foss’ Gram measuring spoon is a stainless steel spoon designed especially for measuring coffee. The Norwegian duo Anderssen & Voll created almost 30 different models of the characterful measuring spoon before they came up with the perfect shape. The Gram coffee spoon combines two basic geometric shapes: a round spoon and a triangular handle with a base that allows you to place the spoon standing or hang it from a coffee jar.
The Gram coffee scoop is specially designed for drip coffee and most pour-over techniques and can hold 10 grams of medium grind coffee.
