Artemide's Tolomeo Mega is a generously sized but slender floor lamp whose parchment-coated shade fills the space with smooth, warm light. Tolomeo Mega is a bold eye-catcher also in large, open spaces – its height can be adjusted from 1,5 metres to over 3 metres, and the lamp shade has a diameter of 36 cm.
The lightweight Tolomeo collection by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina received the famous Compasso d'Oro award in 1989.
