The multi-ply construction and thick bases of the Norden cookware provide an even heat distribution, and the ergonomic handles are designed to minimize heat transfer. Due to the unique Ceratec coating and Thermium mineral treatment, the pan has a non-stick surface that is suitable for high-temperature frying and oven cooking at up to 270°C.
