Danish designers Adam Hoff (b. 1932) and Poul Østergaard (1933-2010) designed together several pieces of furniture in the mid-20th century. Their the most famous collaboration is the coat rack The Hanger which is today produced by Klassik Studio. Both were educated carpenters, and wood was the most essential material in their designs. Østergaard was also an architect who specialized in facilitating the lives of disabled people.
