Description

Woodnotes’ Duetto rug, designed by Hanna Korvela, boasts a timeless and multifunctional design characterised by a distinctly Scandinavian look and a lovely three-dimensional texture. Made of cotton and paper yarn, the rug combines the best features of each material: paper yarn gives the rug a clear-lined presence while the cotton adds softness and charming multidimensionality to the design. The Duetto rug is reversible, and it is handmade in Finland. The Duetto 1 rug was awarded the Red Dot: Best of the Best design award in 1997.

Woodnotes’ rugs are indisputable classics of Finnish design. Beautiful natural tones combined with stylish geometrical patterns make them a natural part of the Scandinavian style. Besides the aesthetic values, also ecological values have a central place in designing and producing Woodnotes’ products, with all materials and production techniques carefully chosen to ensure their eco-friendliness. Thanks to the dust repellent materials, the rugs are also an excellent choice for people with allergies.
