Description

Jane Graverol painted the original piece in 1965.

Jane Graverol

Jane Graverol (1905–1984) was a Belgian surrealist painter known for her dreamlike and symbolic compositions that often explored themes of femininity, nature and mysticism. Graverol’s art reflects her fascination with the subconscious and the surreal, creating scenes that are both eerie and poetic. Though not as widely recognized as her male counterparts, her work has gained appreciation for its unique vision within surrealism.
