Description

Alessi's Tama cookware set upgrades your entire kitchen pot collection in a single shot. The stylish set includes five pieces: a casserole with handles, two different-sized frying pans, a wok and a glass lid. The set is completed with kitchen tongs, made of stainless steel, that make frying instantly easier and more comfortable. All Tama pots and pans are also suitable for induction hobs.

The Tama collection, designed by Giulio Iacchetti, includes pots, pans and other cooking utensils that will delight kitchens with their practicality, beauty and pleasing colour palette.

Giulio Iacchetti

Giulio Iacchetti is a renowned Italian designer, who has created designs for Alessi, Artemide and Fontana Arte, among others. In addition, Iacchetti has worked as Art Director for several companies such as Moleskine. Giulio Iacchetti’s work is characterized by the ingenious use of new innovations and the recreation of everyday objects by giving them new, surprising forms and details.

The designer has been awarded with the prestigious Compasso d’Oro award twice in his career: first in 2001 for the biodegradable Moscardino spoon/fork designed together with Matteo Ragni, and in 2014 for the Sfera manhole covers designed for Montini with Matteo Ragni.
