The Nuori dressing comb comes in a high-quality vegan leather case. The comb itself is made of environmentally friendly cellulose acetate, a wood-based material commonly used, for example, in eyeglass frames. In Nuori’s products, the wood pulp used for the cellulose acetate is always FSC or PEFC certified and stems from species that are common in the Nordics such as pine, spruce and birch. Although the wood-based material resembles plastic in appearance, the comb is actually completely plastic-free.
