Description

The All Steel Santoku knife by Fiskars combines an extremely durable blade with an ergonomically designed handle, perfectly balanced to fit the chef's hand. The Santoku knife is an Asian-style all-purpose kitchen knife with a wide blade that is suited for extremely precise cutting of both meat and vegetables.  The knife is made of stainless steel which is hygienic and easy to clean.
