The Ocean OC2 garden table by Danish brand Mater is a part of its award-winning Ocean collection – a reinterpretation of the outdoor furniture range designed by Nanna & Jørgen Ditzel in 1955. Besides the exceptionally harmonious form, the materials also make the Ocean OC2 range very unique: the collection has been made using recycled plastic beer kegs in collaboration with Danish beer manufacturer Carlsberg. The seats and tabletops are formed by strong plastic slats, featuring the familiar dark green hue, and the airy design is complemented by a metal frame with a gunmetal finish. All the components are recyclable.
