Cleaning root vegetables can be tough for me. Peeling works, but it seems so wasteful, and I've been known to 'peel' my fingers and/or nails. The Hantwerk vegetable brush is comfortable in my hand, helping me to quickly and easily clean vegetables- removing the dirt but leaving the nutritious outer layer. The craftsmanship and quality are remarkable: stiff, natural bristles are inset into the wooden block and attached with sturdy wire. I highly recommend this vegetable brush!
