Payments

Apple Pay provides an easy and secure way to pay for your purchases. Apple Pay requires you to use the Safari browser and sign in to your Apple ID account, which has the Apple Pay activated. Payments are processed through our partner Adyen. Apple Pay is not available in all countries.

 Invoice offers a safe and easy way to pay for your purchases after you have received your order. You will always receive your purchases first and can pay later. You can pay for your purchases up to €6000 with an invoice.

Ordering with an invoice is easy: you simply provide your personal identification number and address, and verify your identity with your online banking credentials. This payment method requires a positive credit decision.

Part Payment is a safe and flexible financing option, allowing you to pay for your purchases in multiple installments. Depending on the amount, you can pay for your purchases in 3 to 48 installments. You will always receive your purchases first and can pay later.

Instant credit decision: you simply provide your personal identification number and address, and verify your identity with your online banking credentials. This payment method requires a positive credit decision.

Invoice and Part Payment are provided by Avarda

We accept American Express, Bancontact / Mister Cash, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard (Eurocard), UnionPay and Visa.

When you make a purchase, an authorization hold will be placed on your credit card to reserve the total amount of the order. The transaction will be completed when the goods have been shipped from our warehouse or the latest in 20 days.

The authorization hold will be removed from your credit card if the order is cancelled before the charge. In the case of a later cancellation, we will make a refund, which show as a separate transaction. Kindly note that it might take 3–6 business days for a refund to be visible on your credit card account.

With PayPal, you can shop without a credit card. The payment method requires a PayPal account.

You can also pay by direct bank transfer. Once you have confirmed your order, we will provide the payment instructions (IBAN, BIC, and company details) on the thank you page. We will also send the payment instructions to your email address.

The bank transfer must be made within 7 days and your order will be processed after we have received the payment. Please note, the items are not reserved for you until the payment is complete. We cannot guarantee the availability of sale or discontinued products.

You can also pay with Finnish Design Shop's eGift Card. The eGift Card is valid for 24 months and is not redeemable for cash.

Add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart and enter the unique code from the eGift Card in the field at checkout. If your order total exceeds the amount on the eGift Card, you’ll need to pay the remaining balance with your chosen payment method. If the eGift Card covers the total order amount, your order will be registered immediately when you click the ”Proceed to payment” button.

You can use the eGift Card for multiple purchases until the full value of the gift card is used. Please note that any unused balance will not be refunded after the eGift Card expires.

Finnish Design Shop’s eGift Card is an easy and fast way to give a gift that any design lover will appreciate. The eGift Card will be delivered within minutes to you or directly to the receiver via email.

Invoice (for purchases between 60 and 6000 euros) offers a safe and easy way to pay for your purchases after you have received your order.
