Bitossi's cat figure might have a triangle head but it still charms with its gentle, all-seeing gaze. Known in Italian as "Figura di gatto viso triangolare," the triangle head cat is part of Aldo Londi's Rimini Blu collection, where the deep blue colour and playful shapes evoke the atmosphere of the Riviera. This is no coincidence, as the series is named after the famous Rimini resort on Italy's Riviera. Each piece in the series is finished with swift brushstrokes beneath the blue, creating a bright effect reminiscent of the shimmering sea. The Rimini Blu series has been continuously produced since 1959.
