The armchair is part of the Mat collection, designed by Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzon. The name of the series, "Mat", stands for "material," reflecting the chair's construction from a groundbreaking blend of hemp and polyester fibres. This material is the outcome of years of research and development, contributing not only to the chair's simple appearance but also to its environmental sustainability. The Mat collection is designed for full recyclability, allowing for the disassembly and repurposing of its components into new products.
