Finnish Design Shop's product newness in February features gentle natural materials, refreshing spring colors, memories of the past, and hints of metallic glow. Design Stories chose the five most interesting new products – get to know the newcomers and find your favorite!
1. Warm Nordic: Opal Shade pendant lamp
Warm Nordic has re-released a collection of Danish design classics, including the Opal Shade pendant lamp created by lighting designer and blacksmith Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen in the 1950s. The design language of the luminaire is dominated by a carefully crafted perforated metal shade and an opal glass dome, with vintage tones and brass details accentuating the elegant mood. New colors in the Opal Shade collection include a fresh bright yellow and a delicious velvety light brown hue, among others.

2. Ferm Living: Verso vase
Ferm Living’s Verso vase in a rich creamy shade looks irresistibly fresh: the new natural color beautifully complements the darker tones of the familiar Verso collection. The serpentine handles of the sympathetic vase are a fun addition to the otherwise quite traditional design, giving the vase a rather sculptural look. Fill the Verso vase with a lush bouquet of flowers and greenery or branches sprouting new life – although the stunning vase is quite the eye-catcher even when empty.

3. Klong: Patina oil lamp
Klong's Patina oil lamps are a charming combination of old and new. The simple, streamlined design of the oil lamps designed by Mats Broberg and Johan Riddestråle fits even into modern interiors and creates an interesting contrast with the flickering flame. Patina lamps are also suitable for outdoor spaces, to which the twinkling oil lamps add a bit of magic.

4. HAY: Colour Storage boxes
