Gorgeous garden party

Arabia's sweet Garden Party plate is part of the seasonal Moomin set for summer 2023. The plate captures quite a peculiar garden party hosted by none other than the beloved Moomin family: picture Moominmamma, Moominpappa, Snorkmaiden, Moomintroll, and Stinky, alongside some wild animals that have escaped from the nearby zoo. Based on Tove Jansson’s comic “Moominvalley Turns Jungle” from 1956, Garden Party is the sixth and last part in the seasonal series depicting the Moomins in their summer activities, available for a limited time only.

A kaleidoscope of life's wonders

Saana ja Olli's spacious cosmetic bag, which can hold almost a whole life, is decorated with a charming Kaukana kotoa design that represents almost a whole life. The name Kaukana kotoa translates to “far from home”, and the pattern is formed like a patchwork, featuring a volcano, a heart, a rose, birds, fruit, and human figures, for example. What's the first thing that catches your eye?

Bubble brilliance

The Double Bubble outdoor lamp, or Tupla Kupla as the luminaire is known in Finland, is a weather-proof version of Eero Aarnio's distinctive lighting design introduced originally in 2003. Like its indoor sibling, the Double Bubble outdoor luminaire is fitted with three light sources to ensure an even distribution of light: there's one in each bubble and one in the leg. Characterized by a playful, almost cheeky expression typical of Aarnio's creations, Double Bubble is celebrated as a masterpiece of modern Finnish design.
